Sasha MaRi

On July 5, 2011 by Stylish Mr Gordon

About a month ago my daughter and I were listening to “Man Down” by R&B superstar Rihanna and we decided to listen to also listen to a few covers from unsigned youtubers.  We came across a few versions but one which we really liked was a version by Sasha MaRi pronounced [sah-shuh] [mah-ree].

Sasha MaRi

Sasha MaRi’s version of Rihanna’s “Man Down” was done acoustically where she too plays the guitar.  She posses really nice vocals and a glance around her youtube and myspace pages reveals that she is very diverse.  I think she has a unique and refreshing look about her and I suspect this is due in part to her musical influences.

About Sasha MaRi

Sasha MaRi is a 19 year old, Atlanta (USA) based singer, rapper, dancer, songwriter.  From my limited experiences of her she appears to be very focused and determined which is what you need if you want to make it in the music business.  She is currently unsigned but has a management arrangement in place and one can imagine that hers will be a name we will hear a lot more of in the very near future.

What one item  can’t you live without

An item that I can’t live without right now would have to be my lappy [Laptop] because I have all of my music on here, memories (pics & videos), lyric sheets (written songs), and of course the net!

Sasha’s current fashion look

As fashion goes.. I know nothing about fashion.  I rock whatever I think is cute. I don’t know much about name brands and all of my clothes end up cut up because I love to create my own style with the clothes that I buy.

Where can I hear her?

Sasha MaRi is well clued up to the social networking revolution and working these platforms extremely well.  You can email her through youtube like I did and I am sure she will email you back.  If you prefer facebook and twitter interaction then I also believe she is on these platforms.  If you want to hear more from Sasha MaRi then you can do so via the following links:
